Unable to Play the Video to complete the Course

Hi, I am May, i am facing a challenge on this page where the video doesn't play even though i click and also despite clearing cache and cookies and using different browser. It affects my completion as it will be shown incomplete course. Kindly advise the necessary steps to have this video working.       Lian Chye Hong Hi! Unfortunately, no. We have contacted the course staff 5 times via email and phone to no avail. Due to this unresolved issue, we were forced to turn the course offline. If anything changes, we will let you know. We're really sorry about this!
