Problem with going to the next topic from module 2 please help me out!!

I have currently undertaken the Sports marketing course with Rajasthan Royals and Deakin University. There's one particular issue I am having with a module where the My Progress is showing incomplete progress on a particular page of Module 2 titled '4P’s of management', even though that topic has been completed with no activities involved in it.
