2 accounts, how do I merge them?

Hi 

I unfortunately have 2 accounts and my course is coming up in the wrong account, how do I merge or redirect this subject.

    Hi Narelle,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge two accounts. You can either continue using two, or enrol the other account in the course that the first account is. Unfortunately, that means you will have to start over.

      EMMELNA AHYUN SYLVESTER Hi Emmelna, first, change your name on your Profile if you haven't yet. It is that name that is reflected on the certificate. Then, send us a message to support@openlearning.com and we'll regenerate it for you.
