Certificate is empty without participant's name

Dear support team,

I was sent a link to access to my certificate for a completed course but upon accessing on the link, the certificate uploaded is a blank certificate with just UM logo and signature but without my name on the cert. I have attached the downloaded certificate and its link below for your reference. Please assist, thank you.
