Cannot see my existing course details

When I tried to login to open learning first time in my mobile, I accidentally created a new profile instead of using existing profile where my course details are. I did to deactivate this new account but still it does not work of getting to my existing profile. Is there anyway I can get this account closed or switch profile?

    To deactivate the account you accidentally created, follow these steps: https://help.openlearning.com/t/80phhx/how-do-i-deactivate-or-reactivate-my-account.

    To access courses under your original account, simply log into that account using the email address / profile name associated with that account.

      Tawanda Mutasa  I have already deactivated the account.  In my account settings i can see the message "This account is no longer active. To use OpenLearning, reactivate your account.". Both the profile are in same email id , whenever I login with my phone it goes to the new profile and from my laptop it goes to existing profile where I have registered courses.
