Could you please try using a different browser (for example Mozilla Firefox) or a different network (mobile hotspot) to test if you can load up the page?

If still can't, please help to ensure that your browser is already updated to the latest version and then try to access the course again. If you still can't access the page, please try to use Chrome Incognito just to ensure there are no conflicting Chrome extensions that might have prevented it from loading up.
