Course content not loading ECA online

When clicking on learning content, the pop up remains empty. Tried emptying cache, did not help. Logged out, back in, didn't help. Used Firefox instead of Chrome, no difference.

      The problem is with other ECA online courses as well, all the pop ups don't load anymore, I have previously completed 2 courses with the same device. The issue is new.
