error completing task

Hi,

I have a problem. I can't complete one activity in a course to get a certificate. even though I already answered the questions and submitted but it still 4/6, it shows incomplete and I can't proceed to the next chapter. I need to get everything done by this week or else my carry mark for this subject will be zero.

    Hi there, yesterday we were having some technical issues which cause some activities not to be tracked properly. The issue has been fixed, but it will take some time before it is updated on our servers. If you are in a hurry, it would be best if you go back and re-do the activities. That should solve your problem.

    Can you try that and let me know how it goes?
