I’m getting an error when I try to join a course on Teach and create an account:

 The same thing happens on Sunway – so it might be happening on all custom domain institutions

We haven’t had any new subscribers for Teach in the past week and we have quite a few portals on custom domains now so it could explain why some people are having trouble signing up for courses.
