Safe Churches training - questions bugging out

I am completely finished my Safer Churches training induction course, but at present cannot recieve a certificate of completion because two activities have bugged out (Responding to a scenario 3 - Pam AND Guideline 14) and are preventing me from completing the course. What can I do and how do I fix it?
