Mindful Emotion Coaching - Content isn't loading

I have signed up for the mindful emotion coaching content/community, but whilst I can see the activities and content on my mobile phone, I cannot access the information on my laptop - my preferred method of accessing this. I am using Chrome. I tried Internet Explorer which also did not work.

    Hi there! Could you please provide a link to the course?

    Also, could you describe what it's like when the problem occurs on your desktop and perhaps include a screenshot?

      Jennifer Lynch Hi Jennifer, thank you for the screenshot. Super helpful! If you look closely at your browser's address bar, you will see that something is blocking some of OpenLearning's functionalities,

       

       

      It is most likely a browser add-on. If you can, can you disable it?
      Another alternative would be to open New incognito window and re-login there. That will open the pages on the platform without any add-ons you might have.
