How to change your email address

Step 1

Go to your Account Settings.

Step 2

Click on the Change primary email address link.

Step 3

Enter your new email address and your current account password and click on the Change email button.

Step 4

The next step is to verify your other email address (check the new email address’ inbox for the verification email that contains the Verify Email Address link)

Step 5

You should see the following message after clicking the Verify Email Address link.

When you do, proceed to log in to OpenLearning using your email address as the username and its corresponding password.

• If you didn’t receive the email, kindly check your spam or junk folder.
