The insert link button in module text editor not working

When I try to hyperlink text in the module editor (Course Setup > Content), the link button doesn't work.

I've tested it on Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

The link button in the text widget on regular pages is working fine.

      Bettina Pfaendner Hi there! Our team is currently working on a fix for this issue. For now here's a workaround you can try: 

      • Hyperlink your text in a different program or page (for example, in Microsoft Word)
      • Copy and Paste your hyperlinked text into the module editor on OpenLearning

    yeap, that is what I did after I posted the question, I just thought I do something wrong as everything else is working so neatly
