I cannot access into my course Competency2019

Dear Sir/D\Madam,

I am learning in a course: CBE Vietnam (Vietnamese) in a workshop in Hanoi Vietnam hold by Mrs. Megan Collins from Melbourne University. During last night until now, I have not be able to acess into my course even I have a code Competency2019. The Screen always appears a notice that "

Oh no!. It looks like you hit a dead-end. Check your URL or contact your course administrator for support."

I need your help to recover the problem.

    Hello Khai! You seem to already be enrolled in this course so you should not need to enter any code. Did you make sure you are signed into your correct OpenLearning account before attempting to access it?
