Hi Adam, Please make sure that your filename includes only English letters and/or numbers, and no symbols like #$%&/(_ etc, then try again. Does that solve the issue?

Hi Zarifa, there was a temporary issue with the certificates, but it's been fixed. You can now try to download it again.
