  We’ve tested the download on our end and couldn't quite replicate the error, so it might be a local browser setting. To get this resolved, could you please try these quick steps?
  
  Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  
  Try a different browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
  
  Try downloading from a different device.
  
  Once you’ve tried that, head back to your My Progress bar to trigger the download again.
  
  Let me know if that does the trick! Thank you.
