Issue with answers always incorrect
I have a trouble when submitting the Match Teacher's Action (1-4) with its corresponding Purpose (A-D). The answer always incorrect and rejected. But, when I click the button reset, only the answers is being reset by the server. Unfortunately, the words ( try again and incorrect) don't leave the server even when i tried to push the button reset for several times or refresh the page.

Upon reviewing, it looks like you you appear to have missed the answers for the activity: Match each Teacher's Action (1-4) with its corresponding Purpose (A-D), which is preventing you from completing this section.
Please double-check your answers and try completing the activity again. Remember, there’s no limit to the number of attempts, so feel free to try as many times as needed.

I’m having this exact same issue. No matter how many times I select the correct answer the system still takes it as incorrect and I’m unable to complete my course.
