Hi. I have been experiencing issues with trying to upload a video file.

After uploading the video file, this pop-up window appears.

Upon completion, the share file location becomes this and prompts to click 'Next'.

Upon clicking 'Next', the following image is what becomes shown. 

The page just becomes blank and stays like this for at least half an hour. Upon refreshing the page, the page just reverts to whatever it was before the upload.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
