- How do I update the team section on the landing page?
To let the learners know who will support them during the course, it's recommended that you complete the Team section. Clicking on the profile icon will take the learner to the facilitator's profile page where they might be able to send them a private chat message. (if enabled)
How do I update a team member on the course landing page?
In the chosen course, go to Course setup > Landing page > Course Staff Information.
You can add the staff by entering their username or email. You may add multiple users.
How do I update a team member on the institution landing page?
In your institution, go to Institution settings > Institution marketing > Landing page.

How do I update a team member who appears on the thumbnail?
By default, the person who initially created the course appears on the thumbnail. To change this, please email us at support@openlearning.com with the course link and the email of the account you'd like to appear on the thumbnail.
