Cannot view a module

I am doing the Becoming Mathematicians: Effective Teaching Practices online course and cannot open or view Module 5. It says that I don't have permission to view and to contact the administrator

    To be able to access Module 5, you are required to complete all pages in Module 4. Therefore, please kindly revisit page 6. What then happened in 1/2K? as per the screenshot below:
