What can I do if facial identity check is not working?

Check to see if your camera has access permission to your browser or application
In order to complete your identity check, your browser will need access permission to use your camera. Getting this permission can be different depending on your device or browser. Please check out the appropriate link for your situation:
Try a different web browser
Sometimes the issue may be caused by the cache or browser extensions of the specific web browser you're using. Please try using a different browser.
OpenLearning works best with Google Chrome. However, if you're already on Chrome, don't be afraid to try Firefox, Safari, or Edge instead.
If that still doesn't work, please try an incognito (private) browsing window as well.
Try a different device
