The progress bar doesn't work properly

Hi there, I'm a student doing the course of Fundamentals of Customer Experience.

The issue is my progress bar is not working properly, it doesn't increase upto 100% but remains at 98%, even though I've already complete all the activities and task.

When I open the learning activities, it says I didn't complete it all.

So I cannot either finish my course or get the certificate.

I've tried all I can do to sort it out (using different web browsers such as Chrome, Internet Explore, Microsoft Edge, Safari and, even mobile app) but failed to fix the issue and that is quite frustrating.

Would you be able to fix this issue ASAP?

 

'3.2 Active listening' is where the problem has occurred and it doesn't get fully completed even after having finished the all activities given.

    I am experiencing a similar problem with the progress bar not completely finishing, even the content on the page is complete.  I am getting a message that says '238 not yet complete', however the problem occurs on the 'Getting started' screen.  I have completed the rest of my starting module, but can't get a tick for the first page.  

    Please advise how to continue.
