the progress isn't updating after i finish

my course progress is not updating after i completed the required activity.because the progress is not being recorded,i am unable to continue to the next activity .i have refreshed the page,logged out and back in ,and tried using another browser,but the progress remains the same.please assist in checking my account and help resolve this issue? thank you
