UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE

Hello! I am Sharvil, currently studying Sports Media and Broadcasting with Rajasthan Royals and Deakin University. https://www.openlearning.com/progress/?course=rajasthanroyals/courses/sports-media-and-broadcasting&student=sharvilpatel

I have completed 78 out of 79 units except one in which there is an age restricted video which is showing YOUTUBE ERROR 150 which is why I am unable to complete my course and get my certificate of completion. I request you to sort this thing out as soon as possible so that I can get my course completion certificate.
