Course Progress Not Saving

Hello

I’ve been working through a course on OpenLearning; but I’ve noticed that my progress isn’t saving correctly. 😑 Even after completing modules and marking them as done, when I log back in, some sections appear incomplete. This happens inconsistently, making it hard to track where I left off.😇  

I’ve tried different browsers & cleared my cache, but the issue persists. Could this be related to session timeouts, a sync delay, or something else? I’d love to know if anyone else has encountered this and found a reliable fix.😑 I checked https://help.openlearning.com/category/common-issues-Java Certification           related to this and found it quite informative.

If there’s an official guide on troubleshooting progress tracking issues, I’d appreciate a link. Any advice on ensuring my course progress updates correctly would be really helpful!😊

    I can see the account with your email is not enrolled in any courses yet. If the issue persists, please email us with the course details (course link or course name) at support@openlearning.com using the email that you are using to access the course so we can investigate this further. In the meantime, please also try to check if you are already using the latest version of your browser. The recommended browser to use is Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
