How to renew or reactivate a canceled self-served subscription?


At any point in time, you can renew or reactivate a canceled self-served subscription.  

As a result:

  • You will have access to your portal and courses and can turn them online when you need to. 

  • You will be able to edit your course content and access activities, student learning artifacts, data, or previous enrolment information.  



Click on the profile icon (top-right corner of the page) and then click on Manage subscriptions.

Under Manage subscriptions, select the plan you wish to renew from the drop-down menu. 

Next, click on Renew plan.

 

You will be redirected to the pricing page.  Choose the plan and the billing cycle. Then, click Purchase plan. 

Review the details of your purchase.  

Add your billing information. Then, click Continue to next step. 

Add your payment information. Then, click Continue to next step. 

Review the purchase summary and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Then, click Purchase plan. 

After a successful purchase, you will be redirected to your Manage Subscriptions page and you will see that the plan is now Active. 


When you successfully renew your plan, you will have immediate access to your portal and courses. Note that you will still need to turn on your portal or courses manually. 


If you are paying by invoice and you would like to renew your canceled plan, please contact your Account manager.
