How do I manage my subscription?


 This article is relevant for subscription owners and subscription administrators only.

 


 

As a subscription owner and subscription administrator, you can review usage, review and update billing information, update or cancel your subscription (subscription owner only), manage subscription administrators, create an institution and review course earnings all in one place.

To access these features, log in to your OpenLearning account, click on your profile photo on the top bar and choose Manage subscriptions.

You will then see the following tabs on the left side:

  


Here you can review and export your current learner usage and educator seats.

Here you can see your renewal date, and review the status of your subscription. You can also update your billing information and the payment method, and view subscription payment invoices.

You can update, cancel or reactivate your subscription here. (Subscription owners only)

You can add or remove subscription administrators here. There can be multiple subscription administrators but only one subscription owner.

You can create an institution portal (or several of them, if your plan allows).

You may also be able to add other institution portals under your subscription as an institution administrator.
