How do I cancel my subscription/plan?
Your OpenLearning subscription's payment plan will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel it before the end of the current subscription period.
Deactivating your Openlearning account does not cancel your paid subscription with us! Cancelling the subscription before the due date will not result in a refund of subscription fees already paid to us.
The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will no longer have access to OpenLearning courses that have been created under your subscription. You will no longer be billed.
As a result:
Your institution will be turned offline
Your courses will be turned offline
You will no longer be able to access your course content, activities, student learning artefacts, data, or enrolment information
Any existing learners will no longer be able to access your course (Note: they will still continue to be able to download their certificate)
New learners would not be able to enrol in your course
Click on your profile image on the top right of the page.
From the dropdown menu, choose Manage Subscriptions.
In the lefthand menu, select Billing details.
Select Change payment method.
Select Cancel plan.
You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation. Select Cancel plan again.
If you are on our Custom Plan, paid manually for the subscription (invoice) or just do not see the option available to cancel on your Manage My Subscription page, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Success team will be happy to assist you.
When I go into manage subscriptions, the page does not come up for me to cancel. How do I get help for this?
