How do I cancel my subscription/plan?
General cancellation information
Your OpenLearning subscription's payment plan will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel it before the end of the current subscription period.
Deactivating your Openlearning account does not cancel your paid subscription with us! Cancelling the subscription before the due date will not result in a refund of subscription fees already paid to us.
The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will no longer have access to OpenLearning courses as an Educator. You will no longer be billed, and no longer be able to access any courses you have created.
As a result:
Your institution will be turned offline (if you are on our Institution plan or Custom plan)
Your courses will be turned offline
You will no longer be able to access your course content, activities, student learning artefacts, data, or enrolment information
Any existing learners will no longer be able to access your course (Note: they will still continue to be able to download their certificate)
New learners would not be able to enrol in your course
