How to set up discounted or free learner access for institution members

This feature enables institution members to get discounted or free learner access to institution courses that are otherwise paid for non-members. 

Step 1

To begin using this feature, you first need to set up your Stripe Connect account so you can set up public/paid courses. The Stripe Connect account itself will be used to receive enrolment payments from your courses.

Step 2

Once you have your Stripe Connect account set up, proceed to set up your paid class in each of your courses.

Step 3

Once you've set up your Paid Classes, navigate to Administer Learners > Advanced, scroll down to "Institution Specific Settings" and click Edit.

 

Step 4

Check the box Enable Institution prices and set the base price (currency and amount) that you would like to set up for institution members.

Click Save to confirm the changes.

P.S. You can set the base price to 0 to allow institution members free access to the course.
