Why does it still show "incomplete" after I've finished all activities on the page?

There can occasionally be a lag between completing the page and receiving the progress (due to caching).

Here’s what you could  try:

Step 1

Make sure you've completed all activities, e.g. watched all videos until the very end, answered all questions in the share widget, posted a comment (if required), etc.

*Everything* needs to be completed to get full progress!

Step 2

Scroll to the very end of the page and then refresh the page.

Step 3

Check the circle progress indicator at the top of the page to see if it has changed to a green check/tick or if it is still saying not completed/started.

 

If the circle progress indicator changes to a green check/tick but the progress doesn’t change, that will be a caching issue and it will automatically be updated upon refresh.

 

If you have tried all these steps, but you are still unable to get full completion, please send an e-mail to support@openlearning.com with the link to the incomplete page.

        DHMB-Nasrin Hazirah binti Daud  Hi there! I've tested the page and it seems to be working correctly on my end. Can you try:

        1) Interacting with everything on the page

        2) Make sure you have clicked on the random spinner

        3) Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page

        4) Refresh the page

        Please let me know if the issue persists. I'll do my best to help you out!

        DHMB-Nasrin Hazirah binti Daud Hmm that's odd! May I ask which browser you're using? Perhaps completing the page on google chrome might work.

        Alenka Prezelj but the previous assignment is almost the same but it was successfully submitted but this one is still pending until now. and my friends didn't have the same problem as i did. once they save the answer it stated there as "successful"

        I see that you have managed to get 100% on the electrical technology course, congrats!

        The Hospitality course:
        I fixed the issue with the video on one page, but you still need to visit this page again: https://www.openlearning.com/courses/fundamental-of-hospitality-and-tourism-industry/chap_3_activity_1

        Make sure it fully loads and you scroll up and down, and also maybe refresh if necessary to get full completion.

        High voltage course:

        The issue has been fixed! Your progress is now 100%.
