Won't allow me to move to next module although I've completed it it still won't allow me to move on.

I have logged in to the platform. Then I clicked the notifications tags. I was automatically logged out and go to the log in and password page.

Have completed a module but it says I haven't
Hi...just flagging that i completed the unit of wall treatments ( unit 3.7) in module 3. However the module is saying that I haven't completed it. Can you please sort this out. Kindest regards Emma
