Videos not loading

Hi everyone, I am currently completing a counselling course through SACAP. 

However, none of the videos are loading, thus I am unable to progress through the course. 

What do I do?

    Hi Tayne, can you please share the link to one of the pages with the videos that aren't working?
    Also, if you can share which device (mobile, laptop, etc) and browser you are using?
