Panapto Context ID

The portal that has Panapto integration:

The issue as explained by the client:

Every time we added a panopto widget into a course it did not map to that particular course, instead, it keeps mapped to the course when the first time this panopto widget is used

Example:

course A - add panopto widget to course a - folder 'course A' in Panopto is mapped to this course A.

Then in another course page --> course B - add panopto widget - in Panopto - this course B still mapped to 'course A'.

User has contacted Panapto support and they had advised that to check with us (LMS) on the context_id that is being used for the courses.

 

 

Only one folder exists instead of 3 folders that is created in Panapto, all 3 panopto widgets in 3 different pages mapped to 1 same folder

I am unable to check and set up a similar integration from our end, as that option is visible only for Panapto paid users, not available for Free users.

What I see from my end (upgrade button instead of settings) :
 


I checked with the client on how she knows which context ID is called for the courses, she used the Fiddler app to get this information:

 From the screenshot, we can see that the context id and context title for both courses are the same.

 

Solution?
Is there a way to edit the context id or have it mapped correctly for each courses?
