having trouble reactivating my account (did not deactivate)

I forgot my password so i had to reset it , after I successfully did so it said by account no longer existed and that i can reactive it but then i didn't deactive it , i tried using the reactive button but it said a bunch of things including that i had been using the wrong url how can i get my account back my user email is bupalokasongo@gmail.com
