Says I didn't complete several task , when I did

I'm currently busy studying intro to human behaviour and I've completed week one , but it says I didn't complete it. 

I downloaded the pdf , which was required for module 4 of week 1 , I also completed the group discussion on making sense of human behaviour  and I completed activity time (5) of week 1 as well. 

I've also send several emails with photos showing the problem , but there is no response what so ever , at this point I'm getting very frustrated , because of this issue.I don't like the fact that it says it's incomplete and I get no answer back on how you will resolve the problem.

I seriously need help , otherwise at the end of the course I won't get my marks which I deserve.

        I need help I tried it step by step and I even tried through my phone , but it still doesn't appear complete. I've watched the video as well. I scrolled top to bottom and interacted with everything too. I don't know anymore.

       Is it possible if you could tell me what exactly is it that's incomplete and how do I finish it , because I did see your mail on how to do it step for step and I did follow it , but it still shows incomplete. At this point I've waisted most of my day trying to figure it out. So please show me what exactly within those three modules is incomplete so that I can complete them before Monday. I really don't like my work to be incomplete.
