    Hi Arifin , thanks for reaching out. The error message only appears if the account you are logged in is not registered with email that was invited into the class and if it's not verified.

    Please check if you are logged in to the right account, otherwise do email us at support@openlearning.com so we can assist you further.

    Dear Team,

    Please help, as I believe that the entire time I've been using this account and have finished 50% of the work, I've been unable to join sessions because of problems that have yet to be resolved, and today I have class at 8 o'clock.
