Incomplete task

Hello,

I am Alfa, from Sabah. I have an issue regarding the task given at Writing Module (Theme 2) Part 2 - Let's Think and Write. I've completed all the tasks in this part, I even redo them over and over again. However, my progress is only 5/6. May I know what is the issue?
