I'm considering upgrading to a curved monitor for my online learning setup and would love some advice. I currently have a Lenovo Legion 5i with the following specs:

• Intel Core i7-12700H
• NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
• 16GB RAM
• 1TB SSD

What refresh rates should I look for in a curved monitor to optimize my online learning experience? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
