I COMPLETED UP TO MODULES 3 AND NOW WANT TO PROCEED TO M4, BUT EVERY TIME I TRIED DOING THIS, THE RESPONSE I GOT IS "ACCESS CODE INVALID." IT'S BEEN LIKE THAT FOR A WEEK NOW.  CAN'T WE MAKE THIS PROCESS A BIT USER FRIENDLY? IT'S FRUSTRATING AND DISCOURAGING, OF COURSE.  rEGARDS.

    Hi   ,

Thanks for getting in touch.  We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter such difficulties accessing the course. Upon checking, it seems that the course you are trying to enrol is private and you might be able to get another activation code from the course staff. You can contact them by sending them a private message from their profile page. To reach that page, simply click on their name.

You can find a handy guide for acquiring an activation code here.

    Hope this helps! :)

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

I understand your frustration. OpenLearning is simply a platform provider that enables organizations to offer their courses. The organization providing the course determines the display of contact details. They may include their contact information on the course landing page, in the FAQ section, or the footer of the page.

If you provide me with the course URL, I can check to see if the course team has listed any contact details for you to reach out to them.

      Thank you!

      Hi  ,

We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback. We're committed to providing personalized assistance and addressing your concerns promptly.

Please note that some courses require an access code, which only the course facilitator can provide. We've also addressed this in our previous email.
