What can you see in the course feed?
The Course Feed contains all the activity happening across all pages in the course - including posts, comments, and replies made by learners or teachers - in one easy-to-find location.
Teachers and course admins are able to see all the posts and comments.
Learners can only see the posts that are public to everyone. If the ‘Cannot view until completed activity’ setting is turned on in a share widget, the course feed will not display those posts until after the learner has posted.

Does Course feed appear in courses by default or does it need to be added?

Thanks. :) I think this article is super important. Honestly, I never noticed the Course feed in OL 2.0 in the true sense - as in a space where all activity is shown. I thought it was a space for random posts (LOL!) because the first thing that you see when you click on it are the icons (Thoughts, Image, Video....) and "Found something interesting? Share it with your class.."
