If I understand you correctly, it's already possible to do this - I have done it for an online quiz i created recently. When specifying the answers to a question, you make the text read "True" for Answer A and "False" for Answer B. You don't specify any other answers. So in this way, when the student reads the answers, they have only the option to select True or False. Hope this helps!
