Post-payment notification to include info about online status

After the trial expires and educator pays for the sub, they receive a post-payment email notification.

However, the course is not turned on online automatically, they have to do that manually. This is not clear to users and we receive tons of messages from users asking why their course isn't online even though they paid.

Could we please make that clear by adding this info in post-payment e-mail?
