COMPLETION PROGRESS

Dear Team,

Despite having completed and reviewed all the activities of THE OPEN LEARNING PHILOSOPHY more than once, the progress icon still shows this as incomplete. Am I missing something or is there a glitch?

    Hi Clive, you must be referring to Design the world-class course, and specifically this page. It seems that one of the videos didn't register as watched. Could you please play them again, making sure you let them play all the way through?

    If that doesn't help, please let me know.

      Alenka Prezelj Hi Alenka,  Thanks for the helpful response. I've taken that step 3-4 times now, including watching the video to the end and the result is the same. There is a note about watching the video on  YouKu rather than clicking the play icon. Should that make a difference? I'll try it....

       Alenka Prezelj Hi Again Alenka, I just viewed the entire video on YouKu and there was no change in the completion status. Could you please follow up?

      Clive Cashman Hi Clive, so sorry to hear the videos are still not complete. It seems that something in your browser is blocking something. Could you please open a new window, make it an incognito browser window?

       

      You'll have to log in again, then please go to this page again, and play both videos again.

      Alenka Prezelj Hello Alenka, 

      Thanks for following up. I changed from Safari to Chrome and was able to complete the OL Philosophy by watching the two videos. What's odd though is that the "Ten Expectations" video was originally not visible on the page I initially visited, which is why I couldn't complete the page. Now switching back to Safari, it is visible and all is OK. There are often notifications about work continually being done on pages by developers to improve, so perhaps I was stuck on an old version of the page....

      Clive Cashman We did have some technical issues as well yesterday, so that might also be it. In any case, i'm glad you finally were able to complete it. It is always worth trying with Chrome - we recommend using that browser, it works best with OL!
