I am stuck at 98% and it’s saying I haven’t completed the first section which I have?

    Hi Nadine, could you please upload a blank document instead of certificate (which might take a while) and lif that doesn't help, please send us a messsage to support@openlearning.com . Thanks!

      Alenka Prezelj Hi, Im experiencing the same issue and have tried the blank document as suggested. It doesn't seem to want to load or this method does not work? It is still not showing as Completed or 100%.
