Last viewed option for students and staff

Some clients asked about the feature 'last viewed' for students and even staff members. Would be useful to be able to view when was the last time a student'staff member visited the course.

Currently staff who are 'facilitators' aren't able to view course content that isn't yet available as defined by the timeline.

Is this intended? It can be hard for facilitators to have an idea of the makeup of a course without being able to see it.
